Bonus Draw Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026-07-28

These Promotion Terms and Conditions (Promotion Terms) apply to each Bonus Draw conducted by UNICASH. They are Promotion-Specific Terms within the meaning of the UNICASH Terms and Conditions (the Platform Terms) and must be read together with the Platform Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. The name, promotional period, prize details, total prize value, entry cost, and any permit or authority numbers for an individual Bonus Draw (the Draw Schedule) are set out in the Schedule below and on that Bonus Draw's page on the Platform. Where there is any inconsistency, the completed Draw Schedule for the relevant Bonus Draw prevails for that Bonus Draw, and otherwise the Platform Terms prevail. Entering a Bonus Draw is deemed acceptance of these Promotion Terms, the Draw Schedule, and the Platform Terms.

A Bonus Draw is a recurring, member-benefit trade promotion in which eligible Members use Points to enter for the chance to be the Winner of the prize described in the Draw Schedule, and for which a free entry (no purchase necessary) method is available (clause 4.5). Bonus Draws are distinct from Major Draws (flagship draws where entries are included with Membership or purchased as a one-time package), which are governed by their own Major Draw Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Entry

1. The promotion

1.1 These Promotion Terms govern each Bonus Draw, which is a trade promotion. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Platform Terms.

1.2 Participation in a Bonus Draw is deemed acceptance of these Promotion Terms, the completed Draw Schedule, and the Platform Terms. If a person does not agree, they must not enter.

1.3 Nothing in these Promotion Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) (ACL) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1.4 Where a Bonus Draw is conducted under a trade-promotion permit or authority (including NSW Trade Promotion Authority No. TP/05220), it is conducted in accordance with the conditions of that authority, and any authority condition prevails over these Promotion Terms to the extent of an inconsistency.

2. Promoter

2.1 The Promoter is UNICASH Pty Ltd (ABN 90 693 062 538) of 45 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000. Questions about a Bonus Draw may be sent to support@unicash.com.au.

3. Promotion period and eligible jurisdictions

3.1 Each Bonus Draw opens and closes at the dates and times set out in its Draw Schedule, in AEST. Entries received before the opening time or after the closing time are not accepted.

3.2 The promotion is open only to eligible residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. It is not open to residents of South Australia or the Australian Capital Territory, or to any person in a jurisdiction where entry would be unlawful or would require a permit that the Promoter does not hold (a Restricted Jurisdiction).

3.3 A Bonus Draw closes on the earlier of: (a) the advertised closing time; (b) the cap on total entries being reached; and (c) the Bonus Draw being cancelled, suspended, or withdrawn under these Promotion Terms or the Platform Terms.

4. Who can enter and how

4.1 Eligibility. Entry is open to Eligible entrants only, as described in the Schedule. An entrant must be an Australian resident aged 18 or older, resident in an eligible State or Territory, and must not be an excluded person.

4.2 Entering with Points. Members enter by using Points through the Bonus Draw entry flow. The number of Points required per entry is stated in the Draw Schedule. Points are used only after the Member confirms the entry.

4.3 One or multiple entries. A Bonus Draw is either single-entry (one entry per Member) or multiple-entry (more than one entry per Member, up to any per-Member cap), as stated in the Draw Schedule. The total number of entries may be capped; once the cap is reached, no further entries are accepted.

4.4 Entry numbers. Each valid entry is allocated a unique Entry Number for that Bonus Draw. One entry action may create one or more entries under a single order reference; each entry receives its own Entry Number.

4.5 Free entry (no purchase necessary). You can enter this draw for free — no Points or payment. From this page, tap "Scan a receipt for a free entry", then submit one eligible receipt through Scan Receipts. Once we approve it, we add one (1) entry for you in this draw. Limit one free entry per person per draw. Your receipt must be submitted and approved before this draw closes; receipts sent close to the deadline may not be reviewed in time. Every entry — free or paid — has the same chance of winning.

4.6 Free Entry Bonus Draws. Some Bonus Draws are designated Free Entry and require no Points from anyone; for those, entry is subject only to the eligibility condition stated on the Draw page (for example, a verified email address, or at least one approved receipt through Scan Receipts), and each eligible person may enter once unless stated otherwise.

4.7 Equal chance. Every valid entry, whether made with Points or by the free method, has a fair and equal chance of being selected.

4.8 Entries are final. Once an entry is confirmed and any Points are used, the entry may not be withdrawn, reversed, or refunded, except where required by law or where the Promoter determines the entry is invalid, fraudulent, duplicate, or in breach of these Promotion Terms or the Platform Terms.

5. Validation and disqualification

5.1 The Promoter may verify an entrant's eligibility, identity, age, and residency at any time and may withhold a prize until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entry or entrant, and void associated entries or prizes, where it reasonably suspects fraud, tampering, multiple or syndicate Accounts, automated entry, or any other breach of these Promotion Terms, the Platform Terms, or an authority condition.

6. The draw and winner selection

6.1 The winning entry (or entries, where there is more than one prize) is drawn at the date, time, and place, and by the method, set out in the Schedule — on a recorded broadcast, live on the UNICASH Facebook page.

6.2 Method. At the draw, a random number is generated using a publicly visible, independent random number generator shown on the broadcast. The random number corresponds to a Draw Position in the finalised list of valid entries, which maps to the winning Entry Number. The Member (or entrant) holding the winning Entry Number wins the relevant prize. Where a Bonus Draw has more than one prize, the process is repeated for each prize, and no entrant may win more than one prize unless the Schedule states otherwise.

6.3 Finalised entry pool ("freeze at close"). The list of valid entries is finalised at the moment the Bonus Draw closes. Any later refund, reversal, or adjustment does not change the finalised pool or the result. The Promoter records the finalised pool details (pool size, Draw Position, and winning Entry Number) at the time of selection.

6.4 Verifiability. The Promoter publishes a SHA-256 verification hash derived from the finalised entry pool so the integrity of the pool used for the draw can be independently checked. The Promoter's records of entries, draw conduct, and results are conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

6.5 Where a Bonus Draw is conducted under an authority, the draw is conducted in the manner, and at the date, time, and place, required by that authority.

7. Notification of the winner

7.1 The winner is notified by telephone and email, using the details on the winner's Account, on or promptly after the draw date, and in any event within any period required by an applicable authority.

7.2 The winner may be required to respond, verify identity, and confirm eligibility within the period stated at the time of notification before the prize is awarded.

8. Publication of the winner and publicity

8.1 As required to conduct the trade promotion and satisfy any authority conditions, the Promoter publishes the winner's first name, last initial and State, the prize, the Draw identifier, and the draw date on the UNICASH website and the UNICASH Facebook page, together with a SHA-256 verification hash of the finalised entry pool.

8.2 By entering, each entrant consents to that publication for transparency and authority-compliance purposes. The Promoter will obtain the winner's separate written consent before using the winner's full name, image, voice, or likeness for any wider promotional or advertising purpose. The Promoter does not publish a winner's full surname, email address, telephone number, or full address.

8.3 A winner may ask the Promoter to withhold optional publicity by emailing support@unicash.com.au before the relevant Bonus Draw closes; the Promoter will accommodate that request except to the extent publication is required by an authority condition or other law.

9. Prizes

9.1 The prize(s) for each Bonus Draw are as described in the Schedule, including any condition attaching to a prize. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and, unless expressly stated, are not redeemable for cash.

9.2 Substitution. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and any authority condition.

9.3 Tax. Winners are responsible for any tax or reporting obligation arising from a prize. The Promoter does not provide tax advice and recommends independent advice.

9.4 Delivery. Prizes are delivered or made available in the manner and within the time described in the Schedule. Delivery to the details on the winner's Account is at the winner's risk.

10. Unclaimed prizes and redraw

10.1 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to reasonable contact attempts, does not complete verification, or is found ineligible, within three (3) months of the draw (and in any event within any period required by an applicable authority), the prize may be forfeited and an unclaimed-prize redraw held on the redraw date and at the place stated in the Schedule, from the remaining valid entries in the finalised pool, using the method in clause 6.

10.2 The Promoter conducts and, where required, notifies and publishes any redraw in accordance with the applicable authority conditions.

11. Points and refunds

11.1 Points used to enter a Bonus Draw are used in accordance with the Platform Terms. Points have no cash value and are not legal tender, electronic money, a financial product, stored value, or a security.

11.2 Points used for an entry are not refundable, except where the entry is invalid or as required by law, or where a Bonus Draw is cancelled before entries are accepted (clause 13.2).

12. Privacy

12.1 The Promoter collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Information collected for a Bonus Draw is used to conduct the draw, verify eligibility, award and deliver prizes, publish the winner as described in clause 8, satisfy any authority conditions, and comply with the law. Records are retained for at least the period required by each applicable authority.

13. Cancellation, suspension, or variation

13.1 Subject to applicable law and any authority condition, the Promoter may suspend, vary, withdraw, or cancel a Bonus Draw where it is not reasonably able to conduct it as planned — including due to fraud, technical failure, an event outside the Promoter's reasonable control, an error in the prize, pricing, or eligibility, or where the integrity or fairness of the draw is materially compromised.

13.2 Where a Bonus Draw is cancelled before entries are accepted, Points used are re-credited. Where a Bonus Draw is cancelled or varied after entries have been accepted, the Promoter will determine an equitable remedy consistent with applicable law and any authority condition, which may include re-crediting Points, substituting a prize of equal or greater value, or running a replacement Bonus Draw.

14. Liability

14.1 Nothing in these Promotion Terms limits any right or remedy an entrant has under the ACL or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability in connection with a Bonus Draw is limited as set out in the Platform Terms, and the Promoter is not liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure affecting entry, the draw, or prize delivery, except to the extent caused by the Promoter's own failure to take reasonable care.

15. Permits, authorities and jurisdiction

15.1 A Bonus Draw is conducted as a trade promotion. Where the total prize value requires a trade-promotion authority, it is conducted under the conditions of the applicable authority (in NSW, Authority No. TP/05220), and the applicable authority number is shown in the Schedule and on the Bonus Draw page and, where required, in advertising.

15.2 An entrant is responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in the entrant's jurisdiction. The Promoter may refuse, cancel, or void any entry or prize that originates from a Restricted Jurisdiction (including South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory) or that breaches applicable law or an authority condition.

16. General

16.1 These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and the courts competent to hear appeals from them, subject to the conditions of any authority under which the Bonus Draw is conducted.

16.2 If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue in force.

16.3 These Promotion Terms must be read with the UNICASH Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
