Chocolate Taupe Fine Weave Abaca Wallpaper

Chocolate taupe brings a rich neutral colour to this fine abaca weave. The close texture gives the wall a tailored quality, with enough detail to complement a room built around thoughtful materials.

Pair it with ivory linen, dark oak and pale stone. A bedroom with simple joinery or a quiet sitting room will make a particularly appealing setting for this warm, shaded palette.

Roll dimensions: 91 cm wide × 10 m long (approximately 35.83 inches × 10.94 linear yards). Supplied as a 10-metre roll; imperial measurements are approximate. Allow for trimming and installation waste.

Visible panel joins. Natural grasscloth will always have visible panel joins, even with skilled installation. Woven fibres and subtle tonal variations create a distinct rhythm from one drop to the next. This is an enduring part of the material's natural character, to be celebrated in the design. Edges should meet in neat, flush butt joins.

Installation & care

Specialist installation is essential. DIY installation is not recommended. Use a professional installer with proven experience in natural grasscloth. The recommended method is heavy-duty wallpaper paste applied to the wall. Follow the product-specific hanging and adhesive instructions; do not substitute a paste-the-paper or booking method without product-specific guidance.

Cleaning. Dust gently with a soft, dry duster. Avoid excess moisture, rubbing, detergents and solvents. Seek product-specific care advice before using a damp sponge or treating marks.

Removal. Ask an experienced specialist to assess the backing, adhesive and wall finish before removal. Wet removal may be appropriate for some natural wallcoverings, but the method must be checked for this product before wetting, scoring or steaming the surface.
