Description from Dynamo Fitness Equipment

The Impulse IFP1101 Seated Shoulder Press is a commercial plate-loaded station from the IFP series, engineered to train the deltoids, upper chest and triceps with a fixed, biomechanically correct movement path. Plate-loaded resistance gives a direct, connected feel with none of the cable wear or ongoing maintenance of a selectorised machine.

The IFP series is built around simplicity and floor-space efficiency: a clean structural design that fits more equipment into the same footprint without compromising load capacity, durability or intensity of use. Every unit is finished to Impulse commercial standard and built for continuous use in high-traffic gyms, PT studios and performance facilities.

Key Features

Converging press arms follow the natural overhead pressing arc for full deltoid engagement
Independent left/right arms correct strength imbalances and allow unilateral training
Multi-position adjustable seat suits users of all heights
Rated to 300 kg — the highest load capacity in the IFP upper-body range
Angled Olympic loading pins for fast, safe plate changes
