Description from Alternative Brewing

If you're serious about single-dosing with your Baratza Sette, grind retention is your enemy. The Introvert Bellows for Baratza Sette solves that problem - a precision-engineered silicone attachment that purges trapped grounds after every grind, giving you the consistency that matters when you're dialling in.

Designed for Sette 30 AP, 270 and 270Wi models, it installs without tools or fuss. The bellows clears fines and residue from your burr chamber with each press, eliminating the guesswork from dose to dose. You get what you're after: repeatable results and fresher flavour from every single shot.

Made from food-safe silicone that resists wear and stays durable over time, it's engineered to withstand regular use without losing its seal. At just 30mm extra height, it slots neatly into your setup. Simple to clean, minimal aesthetic impact - it's the kind of upgrade that doesn't announce itself but absolutely changes your grind game.

Please Note: You will need 90–130mm of clearance above the grinder to operate comfortably.
