Pesado High Diffusion Espresso Shower Screen

Every shot starts at the shower screen and the Pesado High Diffusion Shower Screen is a stainless steel replacement shower screen designed to get that first contact right. It distributes water across the coffee puck to encourage more even saturation and help reduce channelling during extraction. The version 2.0 Breville screens also now include a 0.2mm contact mesh that sits directly on the coffee bed.

Even Water, Edge to Edge

Eighteen precision-cut channels carry water from the centre of the group out to the basket wall, saturating the puck evenly from the middle to the edge. By spreading water more evenly across the basket, the design helps reduce areas of uneven saturation and supports more consistent extraction from one shot to the next.

A Fit for Every Group

Six versions are available for E61, La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino, Gaggia Classic and both Breville group sizes, each supplied with the hardware its group needs. The redesigned Breville 54 fits every 54mm Breville and Sage machine without the EX54 disc. The Breville 58 now works with single and double baskets on the Dual Boiler, Oracle and Oracle Touch.

Pesado High Diffusion Espresso Shower Screen Features

18-Channel High Diffusion - Precision-cut channels reach from the centre of the screen to its outer edge for even saturation across the full puck.

0.2mm Contact Mesh - Included with both Breville versions, the fine mesh and pin sit directly on top of the coffee bed.

Version 2.0 Breville Design - Revised channels on the 54mm screen and a redesigned stainless steel diffusion plate on the 58mm version improve water distribution and group-head clearance respectively.

Machine-Specific Fit - Each version is matched to its group's mounting standard to hold a proper seal against the gasket.

304 Stainless Steel - Corrosion-resistant construction suited to regular contact with hot water and coffee residue.

*Crucial Notes:

• The Breville 54 version is recommended for use with double baskets only.

• The Breville 58 version is not compatible with the Oracle Jet.

• The NS/VA/BZ version reuses your machine's existing shower screen screw.

• When installing the HD Shower Screen, your portafilter may feel slightly loose. This is normal and the screen is designed to work best when paired with Pesado HE (High Extraction) baskets.
