Baratza Encore ESP Pro Coffee Grinder

The Baratza Encore ESP Pro marks a new chapter in accessible precision for coffee lovers. Building on the Encore ESP, this grinder combines everyday usability with refined tech upgrades. It features 40mm M2 conical burrs, a stepless adjustment system and a rugged die‑cast zinc housing - all engineered for home users who want accurate espresso grinding without compromising versatility.

Designed for Precision and Control

Baratza’s stepless adjustment means no limits and no guesswork - simply dial in your grind size seamlessly from ultra‑fine espresso to coarse filter. In espresso mode, each micro‑step measures ~2.2µm, giving near‑infinite control. The digital display reflects both grind size and time settings, so every adjustment is visible and repeatable. Designed with clarity in mind, the display also saves your timer settings for fast, consistent brewing.

Simplifying Your Workflow

A built‑in ioniser tackles static at the source, keeping grounds from clinging to surfaces. Add the flow‑control disk and you’ve got consistent dosing every time. Plus, Auto‑Stop mode cuts off grinding when the bean mass clears, ideal for single dosing, while a 0.1‑second timer ensures repeatability for multi‑cup routines - all enhanced by a clear LED barista light that brightens up your puck‑prep. The hopper even includes dual options for standard or single‑dose modes, catering to different brewing styles.

Built Tough, Made to Last

The ESP Pro’s sturdy housing borrows from Virtuoso DNA with anodised metal panels for improved durability. And with Baratza’s open‑source service model, including accessible parts and repair guides, this grinder is built to serve long into the future. Whether you're switching from pre-ground or upgrading from your first burr grinder, the Encore ESP Pro is designed to stay on your bench for years.
