The Pack of Positivity Bundle

A comprehensive collection of teacher resources designed to support student wellbeing, social-emotional learning and positive classroom culture. Grounded in positive psychology and aligned with Martin Seligman’s PERMA(H) framework, these wellbeing teacher resources help educators move students beyond simply coping toward flourishing and thriving.

The Pack of Positivity Bundle 

The Pack of Positivity has been designed in line with Martin Seligman's (psychologist, educator and positive psychology champion) framework for wellbeing. His approach to wellbeing recognises 6 key pillars in supporting one to live life that moves from a space of surviving to flourishing and thriving.

These pillars are remembered through the acronym: PERMA(H):

• Positive Emotions - Gratitude 
• Engagement - Character Strengths
• Relationships - Bucket Filling and Shout Outs 
• Meaning - Kindness 
• Accomplishments - Goal Setting
• Health - Brain Breaks

BONUS: Goal Setting - Character Strengths included as an additional resource in this bundle. 

Each set within the Pack of Positivity aligns to this framework. Each set includes activities to be completed either:

• in the classroom
• across the school
• with teachers
