Volantex Zero Aileron Servo Replacement Steering Servo for 400mm RC Warbird

Volantex Zero Aileron Servo Replacement Steering Servo for 400mm RC Warbird

Eliminate Aileron Flutter, Fix Stripped Micro Gears, and Restore Precise Roll Authority

A burnt-out, stripped, or jittering aileron servo on your VolantexRC Zero 400mm 4CH RC Warbird prevents smooth banking turns and disables X-PILOT gyro roll stabilization. Hard wingtip strikes or nose-down landings can easily strip internal plastic gears, causing sluggish control response, fluttering wing surfaces, or complete loss of roll authority mid-flight. Using generic third-party servos with improper wiring polarity or slower transit speeds leads to flight controller binding and unstable self-leveling. This official Volantex Zero Aileron Servo directly resolves steering slop and control delays. Engineered to match factory voltage parameters, centering speed, and mounting dimensions, it delivers crisp, reliable roll control for smooth aerobatics and stable banking. Ships worldwide.

Product Highlights

• High-Speed Centering Accuracy: Provides instant micro-adjustments to work seamlessly with the X-PILOT gyro stabilization system for smooth flight self-leveling.

• Durable Micro-Gear Assembly: Reinforced gear teeth withstand aerodynamic resistance and wing vibrations during high-speed dives and sharp turns.

• Factory Plug-and-Play Connector: Pre-fitted with the exact terminal plug for quick, solder-free connection directly to the receiver flight board.

• Exact Molded Foam Fitment: Custom-contoured servo casing fits perfectly into the Volantex Zero wing cutout without requiring foam modification or trimming.

Compatibility

Install Tips

• Power-On Neutral Centering: Connect the new servo lead into the receiver board, switch on the transmitter with all trims centered, and power up the board to verify neutral arm position before securing.

• Seating Servo into Wing Bay: Apply a small drop of foam-safe adhesive or double-sided tape to the side of the casing, then press the Volantex Zero Aileron Servo firmly into the molded wing bay.

• Connecting Control Pushrods: Hook the dual aileron pushrod linkages into the servo arm horn, ensuring the control horns move freely without binding against the foam wing surface.

• Pre-Flight Direction Check: Move the transmitter roll stick left and right to confirm that the left and right ailerons move in opposing directions correctly before launch.
