Each stack includes three silicone discs, embedded with different fibres and threads that create varying levels of resistance as you pull them out. The result is an immersive sensory experience that combines focus, resistance, digging and the deeply satisfying feeling of extraction.

Many users are surprised by how long and engaging the process can be, with each thread offering its own unique sensation as it’s pulled free.

These compact discs are intentionally designed to be small, portable and discreet, making them ideal for keeping in a bag, desk drawer or sensory toolkit.

For many people, this type of focused activity can support mindfulness, emotional regulation and calming sensory engagement.

✔ Designed for extraction and pulling sensory seekers
✔ Supports alternatives to hair pulling and picking behaviours
✔ Three discs with different resistance levels
✔ Compact size for portable, discreet use
✔ Encourages focus, mindfulness and regulation

It’s the kind of activity that can be very hard to stop once you start.

The Sensory Experience

Using tweezers or fingers, users can:

• Dig for embedded threads
• Pull fibres out slowly for resistance
• Experience satisfying extraction moments
• Continue using the silicone disc for tactile stimulation afterwards

The process provides focus, resistance and sensory reward, making it popular with people who enjoy extraction-style sensory activities.

Hands can get a good workout, so it’s often helpful to take short breaks during longer sessions.
