- Made from super-soft SILFORM - the same soft n silky polymer used in the moulding of DMC’s swim fins range.

How to use:
Start by using SOFPADDLE™ V2.0 for around 10% of your swim session, a few times per week. Begin with simple sculling drills, then progress to all strokes — especially breaststroke — focusing on smooth pressure through the pull. As the technique improves, usage can be increased gradually.

Measure the width of your palm, add 4-6mm to the width of your hand measurement to allow to fit into the sleeve.
