Herbs of Gold Activated Folate 500 contains Quatrefolic®, a fourth-generation, highly bioavailable form of folate. This water-soluble, active folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine) is readily absorbed and utilised by the body, helping to support general health, emotional wellbeing, cognitive function, and healthy foetal development.

Folate plays a critical role in DNA synthesis, neurotransmitter production, and homocysteine metabolism, making it an essential nutrient for both daily wellness and life stages such as pregnancy.
