Tarriona Taupe Wool Blend Rug

Tarriona works a piece of architecture into the floor, three concentric arches carved in relief across a soft taupe ground. The warm, grounded tone keeps the design feeling calm and considered rather than bold, so the pattern reads as quiet structure rather than statement. Because the arches are formed from the contrast of matte wool and lustrous viscose rather than colour, the motif shifts and catches the light as you move around it, giving a tonal rug real depth and movement through the day. It sits beautifully against pale timber, linen, stone and soft cream.

Handmade in India using a hand-tufted construction from 55% wool and 45% viscose, the 11–12mm pile feels plush and premium underfoot while keeping the arch motif crisp and defined. A cotton canvas backing adds structure and stability. Non-washable; spot clean or professionally clean only, and best suited to low-to-medium-traffic spaces.
