About the Protein Blend

Whey Protein Concentrate is a popular protein source, typically containing 70-80% protein along with naturally occurring fats and carbohydrates, and is generally easy to digest unless lactose intolerant. Whey Protein Isolate is a further-filtered protein, usually around 90% or higher protein content, with lower fat and lactose, making it more suitable for those with sensitive stomachs. Both are complete proteins containing all nine essential amino acids, and both are rich in BCAAs important for muscle growth and recovery.
