Preference Floors Pronto ABC Grade European Oak San Remo Engineered Flooring 1900x190x14mm

Preference Floors Pronto Oak ABC Grade features a Hi-Spec A/B/C visual grade European Oak wear layer for a clean, sharp look with fewer knots. The 14/3x190x1900mm planks use a Tongue & Groove profile for easier installation and plank alignment.
Manufactured with a nominal 3mm solid European Oak wear layer bonded to an 11mm mixed hardwood plywood substrate, the flooring has a nominal finished thickness of 14mm for a stable, durable and long-wearing floor. Ideal for residential, multi-residential and commercial interiors. The wear layer can be re-sanded and rejuvenated throughout the product’s lifecycle.

Recommend adding an extra 7-10% for wastage on top of the actual measurement.
