Preference Floors Easi-Plank Herringbone SPC Oak Natural Hybrid 8mm with Underlay

Easi-Plank SPC Hybrid Herringbone Parquetry features durable Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) construction with a 0.7mm Vinyl wear layer, offering a robust and durable flooring solution for modern interiors. The 625x125x8mm Herringbone format with Click profile allows easy floating installation, ideal for renovations or new interiors. Realistic timber textures and colour feature Contemporary oak. The flooring is anti-static and resistant to common household stains and spills. An attached 1.0mm cross-linked IXPE acoustic foam pad helps reduce noise transmission and enhance walking comfort. It is also suitable for renovations over existing ceramic tiles with minimal telegraphing.
Product must be installed with 200um Builder's Plastic on all substrates, do not fill expansion gaps with caulking/silicone. Please check local building authorities for interior wet area installation.

Recommend adding an extra 15-20% for wastage on top of the actual measurement.
