Description from MyHomeware Pty Ltd (ABN: 66 657 841 659)

Fienza Empire Care Cold Start Lead Free Tall Basin Mixer Tap

The Empire Care brings contemporary elegance to the basin with its tall 310mm profile and energy-conscious cold start cartridge — defaulting to cold water on every use to reduce unnecessary hot water draw. Built from lead-free brass and available in six premium finishes, it combines health-conscious materials with accessible design and full Australian compliance. A refined choice for modern bathrooms, aged care, and accessible installations.

310mm Height Cold Start Cartridge Lead-Free Brass WELS 6 Star · 3.5L/min 6 Finish Options AS 1428.1:2021 Compliant

Energy Efficiency

Cold Start Cartridge Technology

The Empire Care's 25mm cold start cartridge defaults to cold water on every use — hot water is only drawn when the lever is deliberately moved to the hot position. This eliminates the passive energy waste of conventional centre-position cartridges, reducing hot water usage over time without changing the user experience.

Accessibility

Designed for Easy Operation

The long lever handle and large red/blue temperature indicators make the Empire Care suitable for AS 1428.1:2021 Accessible Compliance, supporting effortless use for all users.

At 310mm tall, the extended spout height provides excellent clearance for vessel basins and deeper bowl configurations common in accessible and aged care settings.

Finish Options

Six Finishes to Match Your Bathroom

Six finishes are available — Electroplated Chrome, Matt Black, PVD Brushed Nickel, Brushed Copper, Urban Brass, and Gunmetal Grey. Electroplated options offer a classic polished look; PVD finishes deliver superior scratch and tarnish resistance. Brushed Copper adds warmth and individuality, while Urban Brass and Gunmetal Grey suit more dramatic, design-led schemes.

Note: These products may have a visible Fienza or Watermark logo. Lead-free brass is defined as containing less than 0.25% lead. Installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber where required. Actual finish colour may vary slightly from screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. PVD finishes offer superior durability compared to electroplated finishes.
