Fienza Kaya Care Medium Basin Mixer

The Fienza Kaya Care Medium Basin Mixer is purpose-built for accessible bathrooms without compromising on style. Constructed from lead-free stainless steel with a high-quality European cartridge, it delivers smooth, reliable performance across a wide range of bathroom environments. Its long handle and prominent hot/cold indicators make it equally suited to everyday family use and AS 1428.1:2021 compliant accessible installations. Available in seven colour finishes to suit any bathroom palette.

AS 1428.1:2021 Accessible Compliance

The Kaya Care is designed to meet AS 1428.1:2021 accessibility standards, making it a practical choice for aged care facilities, disability bathrooms and universal design projects. Its elongated lever handle requires minimal grip strength and allows easy single-hand operation.

Large, clearly marked red and blue hot and cold indicators provide immediate visual guidance — an important safety feature for users with limited vision or cognitive impairment.

Lead-Free Stainless Steel Construction

Built from lead-free stainless steel, the Kaya Care resists corrosion and maintains its surface finish in the demanding conditions of a bathroom environment. The lead-free specification applies to Chrome, Matt Black, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Copper and Urban Brass variants.

The robust construction ensures long-term durability with minimal maintenance — a reassuring quality for both residential and commercial installations.

Premium Cartridge with 5-Star WELS Rating

At the heart of the Kaya Care is a high-quality 25mm European ceramic cartridge, engineered for smooth, precise flow control and long service life. Paired with split-resistant PEX hoses, the mixer handles the pressure and temperature variations of Australian plumbing systems reliably over time.

The mixer carries a 5-star WELS rating at 5 litres per minute — the highest efficiency tier available for basin mixers in Australia — making it a strong choice for projects targeting water conservation outcomes or green building certifications. WELS Licence No. 0252 • Registration T41217.
