Pine Needles | Witchcraft Herbs

Intentions: cleansing, abundance, purification, spiritual energies, healing.

Pine Needles (Pinus sylvestris), have been used in magic and healing practices for hundreds of years and in Celtic mythology, Pine is known as a tree for protection and cleansing.

Indulge in the sacred tradition of cleansing with Pine Needles. This evergreen herb not only purifies but also attracts a constant flow of abundance. Just as the Iroquois did, use pine wood chips, needles, or resin as incense to banish any lingering spirits from your home. Placing pine needles in a bath is also said to remove mental negativity. The scent of pine is believed to attract money and it is stronger when mixed with Cinnamon or Nutmeg.

Pine is also associated with spiritual growth and renewal. The tree's needles are evergreen, meaning they stay green throughout the year, reminding us that despite the change of seasons, nature is always growing and renewing itself. This serves as a reminder that we possess the power to constantly develop and transform, despite any obstacles that come our way.
