TWL - WOMEN'S ENERGY SHORTS - 6" - PHANTOM

The compression short built for athletes who love their pockets.

The TWL Energy Shorts in Phantom deliver buttery-soft ELEVATE™ compression fabric, high-rise internal compression cord waistband, and non see-through squat-proof construction — with functional side pockets for athletes who need accessible storage during training and runs. Compression hold, all-day comfort, and your phone exactly where you need it.

ELEVATE™ COMPRESSION FABRIC — PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION:

The Energy Shorts are built from TWL's ELEVATE™ fabric — the same 71% Polyester / 29% Elastane compression blend used in the TWL Elevate Shorts and Tights. The higher Elastane content delivers a genuine compression hold that actively supports the muscles during heavy lifts, long runs, and high-rep training — not just a short that follows your body, but one that holds it.

• Buttery-soft finish: Smooth and comfortable directly against the skin — no rough edges, no irritation through long sessions
• Non see-through: Completely opaque under load — squat-proof regardless of depth
• Four-way stretch: Moves in every direction your body does and returns to shape immediately
• Moisture-wicking: Pulls sweat away from the skin and keeps the fabric dry through intense efforts

SIDE POCKETS — ACCESSIBLE STORAGE WHERE YOU NEED IT:

The Energy Shorts feature functional side pockets — large enough for your phone, keys, gels, or cards. Positioned at the hip for easy access mid-run or between sets, without the bulk or bounce of an attached pouch. The pocket opening sits flush with the seam and doesn't distort the silhouette when empty.

For athletes who need their phone accessible during training, outdoor runs, or Hyrox prep — the side pockets are the reason to choose the Energy Shorts over the Elevate.

HIGH-RISE WAISTBAND — LOCKED IN, NO ADJUSTING:

The same high-rise waistband as the Elevate Shorts — with an internal compression cord rather than a visible drawstring. Set it once and it stays exactly where you put it. The high-rise cut provides core coverage during overhead movements and prevents the gap at the back during deadlifts and forward folds. No rolling, no slipping, no pulling up between sets.

REFLECTIVE DETAILS — BUILT FOR OUTDOOR TRAINING

Reflective details on the back waistband enhance visibility in low-light outdoor conditions — morning runs, evening training sessions, and any time you're moving outside before the sun is fully up. A practical detail for athletes who train beyond the gym floor.
